Active winter kids.

Indoor season runs January-March. We practice 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm.  We ask that athletes attend at least two practices a week, and are welcome to come to more. 




We participate in the Fingerlakes Running Club indoor meets at Cornell once a month. These meets are paid for by our program and the kids can choose up to three events at each meet. These meets are very family friendly and low key. They are great for all ages and abilities.  

We also participate in USATF meets in Staten Island. The athletes do not have to participate in meets if they choose.
