Waiver *

I know that running/walking a road/trail race is potentially hazardous activity. Children should not enter and run unless they are medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decisions of a event official relative to my ability to safely complete the run/walk. I assume all risks associated with running this event, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, including high heat or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road/trail, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the SOAR Running Club and all sponsors (RRCA, USATF, and the Town of Big Flats), their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that this is a road/trail race conducted under rules of the SOAR Running Club and that the race may take place on public roadways that are not completely closed to traffic.
